Available on NYC Housing Connect, 31 units for residents are between 80 and 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), with eligible income ranging from $53,898 to $192,400.

Residential amenities include pet-friendly policies, Wi-Fi in common areas, concierge, green space, dog wash station, covered parking, communal laundry room, parcel lockers, laundry room, gym, recycling center, bike lockers, party room and rooftop terrace. Units are equipped with brand name appliances and finishes, dishwashers, charging outlets with USB ports, washers and dryers, and air conditioning.

At 80% of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $1,486 for incomes ranging from $53,898 to $76,400; eight T1s with a monthly rent of $1,585 for incomes ranging from $57,669 to $85,920; six T2 with a monthly rent of $1,888 for income ranging from $68,880 to $103,120; and a three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,165 for incomes ranging from $79,235 to $118,400.

At 130% of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $2,100 for incomes ranging from $72,000 to $124,150; three T1s with a monthly rent of $2,300 for incomes ranging from $78,858 to $139,620; four T2s with a monthly rent of $2,900 for incomes ranging from $99,429 to $167,570; and a three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,200 for incomes ranging from $109,715 to $192,400.

Prospective tenants must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Nominations should be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 24, 2022.
