I have to admit that I did a lot of harm. Which foods should we refrigerate and which shouldn’t we? I had the chance to talk to a friend of mine who is a manager of a local grocery store and he gave me a good idea of which ones you shouldn’t and why.
Some of the reasons you shouldn’t refrigerate range from foods that won’t spoil to foods that taste better at room temperature. Mind blown, again, I had no idea. Think about it, when was the last time you walked into a restaurant and the ketchup was refrigerated? These burgers and fries are great with a bottle of hot red ketchup. Yet for some reason in my home growing up we always refrigerated ketchup. I have been doing the same at home all these years.
